3 spicy/mirch-y ways to feel sexy while working remotely
💻 Has anyone else been working remotely since the pandemic started last year? I definitely have & honestly… I’m kind of into it! 1 of my favourite parts has been not having to take the 99 Bus to @ubc_arts since I moved to Halifax 😂 (jk... love you forever 99!). One challenge has been keeping up feelings of sexiness as I spend most of my days at home. Today, I’m sharing 3 spicy ways to feel sexy while working remotely!
🌶 Mirch level # 1: When eating a meal, enjoying a treat, or making out with someone consensually (in our heads or IRL haha), notice each of the 5 senses. How do they smell, taste, sound like, look like, and feel like? By paying attention to the sensory experience, our minds can relax and bodies can open up!
🌶🌶 Mirch level # 2: Tracking our mahwari cycles: Our feelings of sexiness can definitely vary person to person, and cycle to cycle! We also would likely rate our spice meter from lal mirch to ghost pepper differently in each of the 4 seasons of mahwari cycles! No matter where you are at today, tracking our mahwari cycles on a daily or weekly basis can help us see our sexiness patterns.
🌸 When I’m in mahwari spring / pre-ovulation, you can bet that I’m going to dress up in my finest outfit WITH ACTUAL EARNINGS & see if anyone wants to go see an outdoor art installation. I’m also going to consensually flirt with my date a little!
🍟 Then pan to me in PMS / mahwari autumn when I am wearing my fav sweatpants & asking for french fries while I pull my socks up OVER my sweatpant cuffs for extra coziness.
🌶🌶🌶 Mirch Level # 3: Schedule time to feel sexy with yourself or partner(s). That’s right, we’re putting it in our planners!!!!! This tip continues to come up again and again in the latest research on healthy sexualities and romantic partnerships. The time with ourselves can also help us notice the nuances of our relationship with sex.
🙏🏽 If my 3 spicy ways for feeling sexy while working remotely above resonated with you...
