1-WEEK WOMEN OF COLOR LED PILATES, DANCE, YOGA, & WALKING CHALLENGE AND CURATED WORKOUT SERIES (FOR ALL SEASONS OF MENSTRUAL CYCLES, PERIODS, AND MAHWARI)
Anyone else feeling a bit like a blob lately? While I’ve definitely been getting out and about more (aka making multiple trips to the library for romance novels), I could use some serious movement challenge in my life. I find that depending on which season of my mahwari cycles (menstrual cycle in Punjabi) I am in, I crave and can handle different forms of movement.
I’m inviting all of us to participate in a 1-week movement challenge led by women of color!
Optional: Save a copy of the Challenge Checklist. Email me a pic of your completed 1-week challenge checklist (honor system y’all) to bhandalt@outlook.com and you’ll be entered into a draw to win a copy of my new book Self-Care Down There.
